Can I stay on Free?

Yes. Brew Assist, private logging, personal recipes, inventory, equipment, Grind Lab, core insights, the two-cup V60 Mission, and the introductory course remain included. The 50 free recipes are a collection, not a monthly allowance. Upgrade when you want the complete recipe library, more courses, or personal guidance.

What happens when I reach a limit?

Bag scans reset on the first day of each month at midnight UTC. Advisor questions reset daily at midnight UTC. You can still add coffee details manually, brew, and use your Journal. Unused allowances do not roll over. No automatic overage charges.

What extras are available?

Pro and Pro Plus include Level 2 partner codes when available. Pro Plus also includes enhanced offers when published and group clinics and replays when scheduled, subject to capacity. These extras have no guaranteed cadence or savings. Eligible giveaways offer 1 entry on Free and 2 total on either paid tier in member-bonus campaigns; other campaigns follow their own rules.

What happens to my existing Pro membership?

Your original Pro benefits, including Advisor, member videos, monthly offers, and 30 scans, continue while your legacy subscription is active. Pro Plus adds weekly plans, masterclasses, and clinics.

Are courses and clinics always available?

Pro includes published foundation courses; Pro Plus adds deeper masterclasses and scheduled clinics. Clinic places depend on capacity. Upcoming sessions and available lessons appear there as they are published.

Are member discounts guaranteed?

Offers depend on participating retailers, dates, locations, and each offer’s terms. Check the current offer before buying.

Can I cancel?

Yes. Use your membership settings or the app store where you subscribed. Access continues through the period you already paid for. Afterwards you return to Free: your own Journal, coffee records, and saved personal recipes stay available. Paid lessons and services require an active membership.
