How to read these numbers
Each step counts the first recorded occurrence per participant inside the selected period. These are observations within a time window, not a matched cohort. A later step can exceed an earlier step when someone started before this window.
- First and second brews
- Completed brews in the guided Mission journey, not every brew saved in the app.
- Pro activation
- A recorded subscription activation, not current subscribers or revenue.
- Month-two return
- A recorded Mission return at least 30 days after first observation. This is not a renewal rate.
- Cross-window
- The later step exceeds the earlier count. Try a longer period; a percentage would be misleading.
Rates compare first occurrences observed inside the selected window. When a later step belongs to someone who entered before that window, the rate is labelled “Cross-window” instead of showing a misleading percentage.
